For ACE Certification Exam Candidates

Exams

Exam Site Reopening: There are over 800 testing sites open worldwide. Testing sites have been taking extra precautions to maintain a clean and safe environment for exam candidates. Regular cleanings are occurring, and proctors are spacing candidates according to CDC social distancing recommendations. Candidates are permitted, or may be required, to wear a mask. The mask must remain on throughout the exam and subject to proctor inspection. To find a testing location near click here.

Live Promote Proctoring (LRP): Take the ACE Certification Exam from home.

Candidates have the option to take their Certification Exam remotely. This option will provide an alternative to taking the ACE exam at a testing site, allowing candidates to get certified from the comfort of their home. LRP is available for English-based exams for all four ACE Certification programs worldwide.

Receiving ACE certificates: The current COVID-19 pandemic is causing a disruption with postal delivery systems worldwide. Exam candidates outside the US should expect a delay in receiving their certificate. ACE estimates the arrival time to be 8-10 weeks from the date of the exam but may be longer. Candidates should check USPS International service disruption updates here to see if their delivery may be delayed.
